Complaint Handling

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it directly and resolve it.

How to raise a concern

  1. Step 1

    Speak with your advisor

Many concerns are resolved quickly by raising them with the advisor you work with.

  2. Step 2

    Contact the office

If that doesn't resolve it, write to Office@investcofinancial.ca or call 604-217-4507 with the details.

  3. Step 3

    Acknowledgement and review

We will acknowledge your complaint, review the file and respond in writing with our findings.

  4. Step 4

    Escalation

If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to the applicable regulator or ombudservice.

External escalation

For insurance matters in British Columbia you may contact the Insurance Council of British Columbia. In Alberta you may contact the Alberta Insurance Council.

Concerns about a specific insurance product may also be raised with the issuing carrier, which maintains its own complaint process, and with the applicable independent ombudservice for insurance in Canada.

Privacy concerns may be raised with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy commissioner.
