Health and dental coverage for people without a group plan
Provincial health care leaves out prescriptions, dental, vision, paramedical care and travel. For the self-employed, the retired and small teams, that gap is paid out of pocket unless it is covered.

Common questions
I just left my employer. How long do I have?+
Conversion windows are typically 60 days from the end of group coverage and do not require medical questions. After that, plans are medically underwritten.
Is a health spending account better than a plan?+
For an incorporated owner with predictable costs, often yes. For a family with large or unpredictable prescription costs, insurance usually carries the risk better. We compare both.
Do you handle travel coverage?+
Yes — for snowbirds, frequent travellers and visitors to Canada.
