About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Representative to join our team at [Your Company Name]. The HR Representative will play a key role in supporting our human resources department by assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations. Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, compliance reports, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as training and development programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effective HR operations.

Exigences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist or representative role.

  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
